For hair that never grows past a certain length

I was given this hair treatment for Christmas (after pointing my brother towards the right direction in Boots), I'd had my eye on the bright pink packaging and the intruiging name for a while.

Lee Stafford suggests that you should use this treatment for 5 minutes between your shampoo and conditioner, massaging the treatment into the scalp and right down to the tips. The consistency of the product is a thick cream that easily covers your hair and stays put for the whole 5 minutes. I hate hair treatments that feel like they're just running out of your hair before their recommended time is up! The one main thing I don't like about this product is the smell, to me it smells a bit manly - like a guys shower gel or something like that - but luckily the smell doesn't linger on your hair too much once rinsed.

This isn't a miracle product that will magically give you bum-length hair, however it will condition and protect your hair and scalp, making it more likely to grow in the long run. After using this product my hair feels very soft, smooth and conditioned, but doesn't leave my hair heavy, which is what I look for in a good treatment anyway - so if it does make my hair in better condition to grow, then that's just an added benefit! There's a quote on the pack that says 'if the earth's not nourished, you'll never grow beautiful flowers', which is a pretty good quote to apply to your hair, skin and pretty much anything else in life.

Overall, I like this product as a general hair treatment but time will tell whether my hair grows or not! It's great for returning moisture to heat damaged hair, the only downside is the manly smell!
Has anyone else tried this treatment, what's your verdict? What do you think of the smell? x

  10. I loved Lee Staffords beach blonde range when I used them, also the hair growth range, only thing I wasn't impressed with was the conditioning hotshots, though the toning ones were fab. I personally love the smell! kind of ginery-spicey smell if I remember correctly

  12. I tried this out about a few years ago and I didn't like it.
The smell is definitely manly but it did leave my hair feeling smooth.
As for the growth, it didn't really do anything but it might work for you :)

  13. I usually love the smell of Lee Stafford products. My hair grows way too quickly for my liking so I won't be giving a whirl in case it works, I could do with some help for heat damage though!
